The major international antiquarian fair, which coincides with the first weekend of TEFAF was organized in the Gothic St. John's Church at the Vrijthof in Maastricht.
Thirty renowned antiquarians houses from home and abroad show the most valuable and interesting from their collections.
The organization of MABP strives to present the widest possible range in antiquarian books and prints to the visitors. Not just the spoiled collector of illuminated manuscripts, early printed books and rare prints can find specific items, also for the modest collector it's worthwhile to visit the Fair.
Each exhibitor brings his own speciality, from medieval manuscripts to bibliophile, books on photography, avant-garde architecture to modern art. That is the reason why fairs like this will rejoice more in a growing interest. Where the collector can find such diversity in a relatively small area in a short time.
